1	Never cause sorrow to anyone’s heart. Promise that you will never perform sinful actions and that you will become constant bestowers of happiness.
2	Don’t perform any wrong actions through your physical senses. Follow the directions of Bap and Dada and remove your burden.
Blessing:	May you be a conqueror of matter and stay beyond any influence of the upheaval of matter with your elevated stage. I, the Liberator, become the spiritual Guide and take you souls back to the land of peace. All of this is My part. I don’t cause sorrow for anyone and this is why everyone places Me on their eyes. Ravan, the enemy causes sorrow and this is why people burn his effigy.

1	Become detached from your body, become bodiless and experience real peace. Make yourself a conqueror of sinful actions by having remembrance of the Father.
2	In order to create your imperishable reward, pay full attention to the imperishable study. Renounce following all wrong directions and only follow the right directions of the one Father.
Blessing:	May you be victorious over obstacles by wearing the armour of the power of tolerance and thereby marry your perfect stage. In order to marry, that is, to attain your perfect stage, renounce the childish games of carelessness and become strong in the power of tolerance. The power of tolerance is the armour with which you protect yourself from all obstacles. Those who do not wear this armour become weak. Then, you relate to the Father what He tells you.
